Hi Bloggers Yesterday the year 6's went to PAL's it means Physical Activity Leader. have you been to PAL's before on a thursday tell me in the comment and your name so next time I could probbaly see you!.
I learn't about that if you want to be a good leader you have to never give up and you have have confidnece and don't be shy.
