I Have A Dream 💭

 Hi Bloggers!

We are about to start our learning on Speeches in Rimu. When I heard this I Felt very nervous and very worried because I sometime get very nervous when I am infront of lot's of people.

Before we get into all the deep learning and creating, we had train our brain. In order to set up our minds for doing our speeches, we used the 6 tools in the menatl toughness toolkit ( if you are wondering what that is it is a workbook that we have been working on and it all relates to GRIT ) to make a motivational drawing of ourselves thinking about what we could do when we do our speech.We have used google drawing to create this drawing and my DLO is down below - a visualisation of me during my speeches learning. MY dream for how it will all go.

While I was creating this drawing I thought about What tip I should give myself for when I actually do my speech.

 The hardest part for me during speeches is going to be Staying calm and don't mess up.

 The easiest part is going to be probally writing my speech.

 I chose these tips for myself because I always get nervous when I do it and I always don't think it is fun I think it is a MUST DO.

Today we whatched a video of how to make a Chart on Google Sheets!

I think I have done pretty well on my first go.

I have made a Pie Chart of how many Rimu student's have Blue eyes and green eyes Exetra...

I have found out that most of the people in Rimu has Blue eyes.

( including the teachers)

How to create the perfect All About Me Poster (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ

In Cybersmart we were learning about images that we are allowed to use online. Here is a link to Miss Morgan's Site with the Slideshow on copyright. To practice this we used images from a site called Unsplash. The images on Unsplash are available for anyone to use for Free! ( you heard me FOR FREE!) We also had to practice cropping and resizing the images to make sure that they fit perfectly in the box.

So this poster reminds me of what I like and what my favourite colour is.

The hard part fo rme was where my dream destination is.

I think that some of the things I like now might change in the future because the older I get it might change like ( I might like dogs  right now and then I might like cats)

My New Blog!

Hi bloggers! This Tuesday Miss Morgan came and checked our blogs!

She check the world map and the other details on our blogs.

The problem was that I didn't have the world map so I had to change it but other than that it was fine.

The fun part was that we could change our backround and our colours.

I changed my backround into this really cool green technology thing.

Here is a photo of my changed Blog and I will also add some labels so you can see what has changed on my Blog!

I still have a problem but I just need to adjust it with my teacher I would like to change my font into a cooler one.

I am happy that I have the follow button now because before I didn't have it but all of my friends have so now I am glad I have it.

Also can you please follow me because that will make me feel quite happy but if you don't want to you don't have to.

Bubbles!

Hi Bloggers! In these few days we have been drawing Bubbles! We basicly have a white paper and a black one but it turns out as the black one looks better than the white one well if you want to have a look at my one here it is!
I havn't spent a lot of time on it so it isn't my best.

  

I am proud of my detail but I think I had too much detail because if you look at it closely if doesn't really look like a Bubble.

But I think it was not too bad for the first time!

Problem Challenge!

Hi Bloggers Today and yesterday some people got chosen to be in the compition of the problem solving. it is very hard but some of it is quite easy. 

The our Teacher said if you get 1 out of 5 don't be dissapionted because that is very good because all the qustions are created by John Curran and John Shanks at University of Otago.

My Dad helped me on some questions but he couldn't even figure out the first one but Me and my Dad go all the other questions right.
